Terms of Service
Last updated 18 October 2026
Community on Call is operated by Zaber Import Export (Pty) Ltd, reg. 2016/292563/07, 25 Catherine Street, Pretoria, Gauteng, 0081, South Africa.
These terms are the contract between Zaber Import Export (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”), the operator of Community on Call, and the person or organisation that applies for or uses the service (“you”). Square brackets mark a provider name still to be completed. The rest of these terms apply as written.
Community on Call is a fully automated moderation and answer service for Telegram and Discord communities. It scans messages in the communities you connect, moderates from the settings you choose, and answers from the material you supply. Your own admins stay in control of anything the service escalates.
1. The agreement
By requesting early access, or connecting a community, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are at least 18, that you administer the community you connect, and that you have authority to bind the project that pays for the service.
If these terms and a written change we both accept ever disagree, the written change controls for that point only. The price and limits on this page are the same figures as the pricing section of the site.
2. The service
On the published plan, the service provides:
- moderation of one Telegram group and one Discord server, including captcha, anti-spam, scam-link checks, impersonators, raids and bot joiners
- answers drawn from the FAQ and documents you upload, in up to five configured languages
- scheduled posts that you approve with one tap, or that post automatically if you opt in
- escalations sent to the admins of your community
- a weekly automated report and a monthly automated report
The service is software. It runs without a staffed review desk. It does not provide a person to read your chat. Start without a sales call. Prefer a walkthrough? Use the contact form.
You keep ownership of your groups, your bots, your documents and your messages. The bot may delete messages, restrict or ban members, and pin messages, and only inside the permissions you grant. It will not take ownership of a group or server, and it will not ask for funds, wallet keys or recovery phrases.
Onboarding asks only for the admin rights the bot needs. You can remove those rights on Telegram or Discord at any time, which stops the service in that community.
3. Free month, price and cancellation
The plan is $1,000 per month. The first month is free. No card is needed to request it. Then $1,000 per month. Cancel anytime, no long-term contract. The free month is one per community or organization. The service pauses if the next month is not paid.
You can cancel anytime, yourself, from the dashboard or with /cancel. Cancellation during the free month ends the service before a paid month starts. Cancellation after a paid month stops the next renewal. A month already paid is not refunded, except where the law requires a refund. Refunds, where due, are made in the same coin at the USD value. There is no cancellation fee.
Fees are exclusive of VAT, sales tax or similar duties. Tax may apply, if applicable. Where the law requires us to collect a tax, we add it. The seller on an invoice is Zaber Import Export (Pty) Ltd, reg. 2016/292563/07, 25 Catherine Street, Pretoria, Gauteng, 0081, South Africa. Prices are in USD. After the free month, payment is made in USD stablecoins (USDT/USDC) as the payment method only. The client pays network fees. There is no automatic charging. Some countries may be served through an alternative payment method. We do not store card numbers.
If the next month is not paid, the service pauses until it is paid. We do not add a late fee on this plan.
Communities above the fair-use limits do not get this free month at this price. They use the contact form for a separate written quote.
4. Fair use
The $1,000 plan includes:
- Telegram: 1 group
- Discord: 1 server
- Members: Up to 25,000
- Messages scanned: Up to 10,000 a day
- AI answers: Up to 2,000 a day
- Languages: Up to five configured languages
- Scheduled posts: Up to 2 a day
Counts are across the connected Telegram group and Discord server together. If a community goes past a limit, the service may slow or stop the affected feature for the rest of that day. We do not raise the price on our own. A larger arrangement is agreed in writing through the contact form before it starts.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service, or allow it to be used, for any of the following:
- trading signals, trade calls, or any instruction to buy, sell or hold an asset
- shilling, including undisclosed promotion of a token, product or channel
- spam, including mass posting, unsolicited promotions, cold direct messages, and posting in communities you do not administer
- financial, tax or legal advice, and promises of profit
Market education is allowed. Signals, calls and profit promises are not. The service will not produce that material for you, and you must not configure it to do so.
The same red lines are published on the site:
- No trading signals
- No profit promises
- No financial advice
- No shilling
- No mass posting
- No fake accounts or bought members
- No cold DMs
- No outreach in other people’s groups
- We follow Telegram and Discord rules and their anti-spam terms
- No access to funds or private keys
- No ownership of your groups
You must follow Telegram’s terms and Discord’s terms, including their anti-spam rules. You must not ask the service to buy members, to run fake accounts, or to message people outside your own community. Scam direct messages that never appear in the group cannot be deleted by the bot. The scam DM guide describes what the service can and cannot do about those.
We may suspend or end the service immediately if you breach this section, if a platform requires it, or if continuing would break the law. Where we can do so safely, we email you first.
6. Escalations
The service does not decide cases about money, threats, child safety, legal process, or anything it is not confident about. It sends those cases to the admins of your community. Your admins decide what happens next. We do not staff a review desk and we do not take those decisions for you.
A ban, a deleted message or a restriction can matter to a member. Your admins are the people who review that decision. Tell your members, in the community rules or a pinned notice, how to reach those admins. Where the GDPR restricts a decision based solely on automated processing, you, as the controller of your members’ information, are the party who provides that review.
7. Your content
You keep all rights in the messages, documents and settings you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and process that material only so we can provide the service, secure it, and produce your reports. The licence ends when the material is deleted under the Privacy Policy, except for copies we must keep to meet a legal duty.
You confirm that you have the rights and the lawful basis needed to give us that material, including message content from members of your community. You will tell members that an automated service processes messages in the community in order to moderate and answer.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what we process, how long we keep it, and the roles under the GDPR and POPIA. For message content inside a community you connect, you are the controller (GDPR) and the responsible party (POPIA), and we process that content as your processor and operator, on your instructions. For the website, applications, billing and optional product email, we are the controller and the responsible party.
9. Telegram and Discord
Telegram and Discord are separate services with their own terms. A change, outage or enforcement action on those platforms can interrupt the bot. We are not responsible for their products. Connecting a community requires you to grant the bot the permissions their interfaces demand.
10. Changes
We may change the service as software is updated, and we may change these terms by posting the new version on this page with a new date. If a change raises the price, shortens a free month already started, or materially reduces the plan you already pay for, we email the address on the account at least 14 days before it applies to you. You may cancel before that date. The $1,000 fee and the free month you accepted at the start stay in force until then.
11. Ending the service
You end the service by cancelling, as described above. We may end it if you breach these terms, if a payment stays failed, or if we stop offering the plan. If we stop the plan without cause on our side, we email you at least 30 days ahead and refund any monthly fee that covers a period after the end date.
When the service ends, we delete or return community content as the Privacy Policy describes. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including acceptable use, liability, and governing law, continue to apply.
12. Warranties
The service moderates and answers automatically. It will miss some spam, and it may act on a message it should have left alone. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that it will catch every scam, or that an answer will be complete. Where the law implies a warranty we cannot exclude, we limit it to supplying the service again or refunding the fee for the affected month, at our option.
13. Liability
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of a subscription, whether in contract, delict, tort or otherwise, is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. If the claim arises during the free month, the cap is one month of the plan fee ($1,000).
We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, members or data, or for indirect or consequential loss, even if we were told it was possible.
These limits do not apply to liability that applicable law does not allow a contract to exclude or limit, including fraud, and death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You will cover us against a third-party claim that arises from your community content, your instructions, a breach of these terms, or the lack of a lawful basis for processing your members’ personal information, including reasonable legal costs. We will tell you about the claim and let you control the defence if you accept that cover.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. The courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek interim relief where a court can grant it. Nothing in this section removes a right, including a data-protection right, that the law says you keep in the courts of your home country.
15. Other terms
If a court holds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign the contract without our consent. We may assign it to a successor that takes over the service, and we will email you if we do.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the plan you accept at signup are the whole agreement for the service. They replace earlier discussions about the same subject.
16. Contact
Notices under these terms, including cancellation questions, go through the contact form. We reply by email to the address you submit. We do not take these requests by phone, and the form does not book a call.
Notices to the operator go to Zaber Import Export (Pty) Ltd, reg. 2016/292563/07, 25 Catherine Street, Pretoria, Gauteng, 0081, South Africa, or through the contact form.
