How a qualified community goes from application to the day-1 baseline.

Before the bot joins

Request early access with a work email, the project name, and a community link or size. Start without a sales call. Prefer a walkthrough? Use the contact form.

The first month is free. No card is needed. Then $1,000/month. Cancel anytime, no long-term contract. The free month is one per community or organization. The service pauses if the next month is not paid. Prices are in USD. After the free month, payment is made in USD stablecoins (USDT/USDC) as the payment method only. The client pays network fees. There is no automatic charging. Some countries may be served through an alternative payment method.

What you set up

Add @communityoncallbot to 1 Telegram group and invite the Discord bot to 1 server. On Telegram, grant only Delete messages, Ban/restrict users, and Pin messages. On Discord, approve only the permissions in the invite. Name one or more admins and an admin channel or group. Escalations go only there. Do not transfer ownership.

Pick up to five configured languages and the posting tone. Upload the FAQ, documents and URLs the bot is allowed to answer from. If it is unsure, it escalates to your admins instead of guessing.

You can approve up to 2 scheduled posts a day with one tap, or opt in to auto-post. Posts are drafted from your content.

Day-1 baseline

On the first day the bot records a baseline: members, messages, spam, unanswered questions and response time. Later reports compare against that snapshot.
