How the free month works, and how to cancel without a call.

During the free month

The first month is free. No card is needed. The free month is one per community or organization. If you cancel during that month, a paid month does not start. Cancel from the dashboard or with /cancel.

After the free month

The plan is $1,000/month. Cancel anytime, no long-term contract. Prices are in USD. After the free month, payment is made in USD stablecoins (USDT/USDC) as the payment method only. The client pays network fees. There is no automatic charging. Some countries may be served through an alternative payment method. You can cancel from the dashboard or with /cancel. There is no cancellation fee. The service pauses if the next month is not paid.

Before a paid month

Prices are in USD. After the free month, payment is made in USD stablecoins (USDT/USDC) as the payment method only. The client pays network fees. There is no automatic charging. Some countries may be served through an alternative payment method. Refunds, where due, are made in the same coin at the USD value. We do not store card numbers.
